The ACS50 Cinematography Conference and Exhibition
The ACS50 Cinematography Conference and Exhibition is history in the making. It's a celebration of 50 years contribution to Australia's film and television history by the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS) and will be held from May 28-31, 2008 at the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay West, Sydney. Getting Creative is pleased to continue our strong association with the ACS by becoming a gold sponsor of ACS50 and by the contributions of GC instructors Pieter de Vries ACS and Phil Balsdon to the main conference program.
Class Allocations Open
Access to Semester 2 2008 Class Allocations for Creative Industries units (K coded units) will be activated on Wednesday 4th June at 10am. Class allocations for Creative Industries units will remain open until Monday 4th August, 10am. Please look out for the best day of the week to keep a 11am-12pm or a 12pm-1pm time slot free for FTVS meetings.

Post-Election Meeting
The Film and TV Society will be meeting on Wednesday the 21st May at 2pm in Z6 "The Hub" 208 (near the shower curtain) to announce the results of the 2008 elections.
There will be other issues raised such as fund raising ideas, thoughts on this website, and future meeting dates/times, plus anything you wish to bring up in the meeting. If possible please bring a print out of your Uni timetable so we can solve this meeting time slot dilemma once and for all.
